Ultimate bread – paleo way
Well, maybe it’s not the best ever, but it’s really easy to make. It has been adjusted to perfection and ensures you get all the finer and other nutrients you need, which regular bread never could give you, right?
This so-called bread is more the base for all kinds of pates, for making sandwiches, and so on. It holds those yummy goodies and lets you eat your favourite liver pate as ‘normal people’ would.
Recipe for Ultimate bread – paleo way
- 5 eggs
- 200g cottage cheese
- 50g hemp powder (proteins)
- 50g of ground macadamia
- 100g of (ground) seeds (as chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin seeds,...)
- 1 tsp of psyllium husk
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp of baking soda
Mix everything together well and put in a container in the shape of loaf. Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes to an hour (depending on your oven).
