Rachel Sandwiches

This recipe takes advantage of the grocery deli for a
quick tasty sandwich.

|
4 ounces
|
|
sliced Swiss cheese
|
|
|
1/4 pound
|
|
sliced corned beef
|
|
|
3 cups
|
|
creamy deli coleslaw
|
|
|
12
|
|
slices dark rye bread
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Layer cheese, corned beef and coleslaw on 6 slices of
bread. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half.
|
|
|
|
|
Yield: 6 sandwiches
|
|
