Rachel Sandwiches   

 

This recipe takes advantage of the grocery deli for a quick tasty sandwich.

 

 

4 ounces 

 

sliced Swiss cheese

 

1/4 pound 

 

sliced corned beef

 

3 cups 

 

creamy deli coleslaw

slices dark rye bread

 

 

 

 

Layer cheese, corned beef and coleslaw on 6 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half.

 

 

Yield: 6 sandwiches

Preparation time: 10 minutes
