It's What the Cowgirls Do Stew
Now here's a good Dutch Oven recipethat will
fill the house with a wonderful aroma!
Stew Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (28 ounces) baked beans in barbecue sauce
Stew Instructions:
Place stew meat, potatoes, onion and pepper in your crockpot. Pour beans over the top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is fork
tender.
